Life": Tenasstitude (that's my word... no need to look it up... HA), Nutrition, and Movement. Let me explain...
"Tenasstitude" - The act of getting REALLY clear about what you want in life... tenaciously going after it with all you've got... and having a blast time along the way.
Nutrition - Quality nutrition that works for YOU... your lifestyle... your body. The nutrition plan that works for you, may not work for someone else or their lifestyle... and vice versa. In my opinion, this is not a one size fits all proposition.
Movement - Nobody said have to go to a gym... but for a healthy heart, body and mind you MUST move your body. Just like your nutrition... what works well for you and your lifestyle might not work for others. I aim to give you lots of ideas to encourage you to go find the movement that you LOVE. The one that brings you joy! So much so that you can't wait to go do it!
